Hari Raya 2molo!!!

Its been announced by the Keeper of the King's Seal that 2molo will be Raya. Yumm...look forward to eating some delicious delicacies. Rendang, curry, lemang, satay....wow, my mouth's watering.

Surprise Birthday Party

Yesterday, we had quite a fun time surprising two bday girls. They were "cheated" into coming by some other frens. The boys, or rathered some of the boys, barbecued while the other boys when to "hiao" the gals. We had a few nice "performance" including a Hardshuffle by the not-so-shy timid boy.

And then, there was something quite similar to clubbing. Loud music, wild ppl. Im glad i kept my sanity there. Some of us "hid" in the kitchen. Its not that i cant get hai...its just...not my kind...couldnt get hai without overshooting the atmosphere, so i tried low, and couldnt fit in....

And then came karaoke. Glad i returned after that. coz next came Truth or Dare.

New Things

Ive been working on two new things lately. An AoS map based on the Warcraft Editor and a fantasy story. Im not good in triggering, but i do hope learning some other programming language might help me. And the terraining might be a bit of a problem since im not THAT creative. The map has gone through several titles, namely Paladin Wars, Elm Wars and Rune Wars. Since all three title are not that "ngam", I have to think of other titles.

The fantasy story...thats...complicated, lets just say if i manage to finish a few more chapters, i might post them on the blog for all to read. hehe.

Qing Tian Mastered...not quite

Finally, I mastered Qing Tian on guitar...not quite. Still have problems when switching from G to Bm7. And then there are times I kinda miss some strings. And then of course the post chorus verse's first Em C when kinda wrong.

All in all, I think Ive ... Mastered is not a good word... lets juz say I know how to play it.

Say NO to Long Hair

Imagine, the Bible itself says that it is a disgrace for man to have long hair. As a Christian, I should do my best to follow that. I wonder how LONG is LONG? Ladies, grow your hairs, for it is to be your GLORY!!

Easter and Christmas

How many Christian out there realise that the celebration of Easter and Christmas are actually pagan observations?? Hands up plz.

Emperor Constantine thought to help the Christians grow more influential and decided to let his people observe some of their older tradition and mixed in some Christian "things". Easter for instance is the celebration of the Bunny, a symbol of fertility aka reproduction. The eggs are also pagan symbols. It also coincide with the death of a pagan god, where its followers mourned from Friday to Sunday when he is "resurrected".

Christmas is the pagan festival of a pagan god, who was borned on 25th December and had been borned from stone.

The OTHER Gospels

I would admit that the Da Vinci Code sparked an interest in me to read other versions of the Gospels, supposed written by the other Apostles. Yet, it was not until the "recent release" of the Gospel of Judas that I began to search for manuscripts and scriptures that did not make it into the Bible. Not many Christian today know about these manuscripts, especially the famous Dead Sea Scrolls. Books such as the Book of Enoch also drew my attention.

I was surprised when I saw some part of the Gospel of Barnabas, where it stated that Jesus declared Muhammad as the Messiah.

'Then said the priest: "How shall the Messiah be called?" {Jesus answered} "Muhammed is his blessed name" ' (ch. 97).

and

Jesus confessed, and said the truth: "I am not the Messiah." (ch. 42:2)

Isnt it weird?? I mean...correct me if Im wrong...the Muslims see Jesus as the Messiah, but Muhammad as the chosen prophet??

Learning Qing Tian

Man, learning Qing Tian is hard. Or rather, Im just not really up to it. First, my C chord was pressed wrongly, now, I just cant get the strumming rythem right. Maybe I'll just stick to the intro. Plucking is really quite easy. I think.

End of the World

The end of the world, for Christians, is a very important event. Most have different translation of the texts in the Bible, mostly from Daniel, Ezekial, Paul and John the Revelator. It is question that have remain until this day and many are still puzzled what would signify the Tribulation, as well as a Pre-,Mid-or Post-Tribulation Rapture to occur. None have gone so far as Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins, putting their thoughts in a series of novels that tells of what they understand of the End Times.

Left Behind consist of a series of 12 books from Left Behind to Glorious Appearing that I have recently reread sans book 2 and 3. It took me about 2 weeks. It describe a Pre-Tribulation Rapture, and the beginning of the Tribulation with the signing of a covenant between the One World Government and Isreal. The following books describe of how the 21 Judgement fall in 3 parts of 7 Judgement, the Seal, the Trumpet and the Vial/Bowl. I am reading the Sequel Kingdom Come.

I have yet to purchase the Prequel, which I very much want.

Talented Composers

Im not very into the composers field, but so far, i have listened to two very talented composers.

First of is Toshiro Masuda, the composer for all of Naruto's soundtrack. Sadly, he did not return to compose Shippuden. His songs consist of a variety of instrument be it traditional or modern, and the way he puts in emotion into the songs is unique, take Grief and Sorrow as well as Sadness and Sorrow, both songs can make you cry if you listen to it. Beautifully sorrowful.

Next is Jay Chou. He mixes western and eastern music into his songs, making it unique and different. Sound effects from everyday life like ping pong balls, and telephone rings and helicopters are used in his musics. Take San Nian Er Ban for example, tells the story of a student who is successful in playing ping pong.

Akatsuki, the Dawn of Menace

I decided to make an introduction to Akatsuki, the main antagonists of Naruto Shippuden.

Lets begin with the Leader of the Pack,
Rikudo no Pein, Pein of the Six Paths








This is Pein's main body, he is called Rikudo because he has six bodies with different attack styles. Possesses the Rinne'gan, the Eye Technique that help created Ninjutsu used by the Sage of the Six Paths. Suspected to be Nagato. Ring: Zero







Next up is Konan, the partner of Pein. She used to be a student of Jiraiya. Ring: White








This is Tobi, aka Uchiha Madara, the founder of Akatsuki, Uchiha Clan, and Konoha itself. Also the Mizukage. Ring: Pearl










This is Uchiha Itachi, a spy for Konoha which eventually was killed by his own brother. Ring : Crimson

Halo: First Srike

This is my first time in Halo Universe, after a brief touch with Halo: Combat Evolved.

First Strike take place between Halo 1 and Halo 2. It tells of the Master Chief, after survivng the planet HALO and the Flood, hijacking a Covenant cruiser and arrives at Reach for a long shot to find survivors. It does indeed find a few SPARTAN - II, which he thought he had sent to death. And, with a holy artifact of the Covenant in hand, flees. Cortana on the other hand, discovers a campaign to destroy earth, and Master Chief decides to stop the Fleet before it moves from the Unyeilding Heirophant, and succeeds in doing so. But at the price of nearly all his comrades, and much of the SPARTAN - II.

At the end of the novel, a new type of alien is introduced, the Brutes. There is some typo involved. Joshua was SPARTAN - 029, but Vinh was also identified as SPARTAN - 029.

Scary Movie + Superhero Movie Marathon

We did at movie marathon on Independence Day, and watched Scary Movie 1,2,3,4 and Superhero Movie. We began at 10.oo, and finished at about 5.30pm. And glad to say, we finished it all.

Scary Movie 1 - about a guy name Doofus who is introduced as a retard but is not, kills off some of the guys involve in a accident where the guy did not die until he was thrown of the pier, in a I Know What You Did Last Summer style.

Scary Movie 2 - this one's intro was one of the best intros ive seen. Its about a haunted mansion. Not sure parody of what. Favourite phrase : Fuckme Fuckme

Scary Movie 3 - this one had a lame intro, but, it was the best of the 4 movies. This is parody of the Ring, and Signs, i think. Its about this killer video that the lead watched, and an alien race as well. So they invade earth to kill of the "Samaria". Favourite phrase: Ive been alone not counting myself and this char. I call her Linda.

Scary Movie 4 - very good intro, with Shaq and Dr Phil captured by "Jigsaw", then, alien invades and the grudge gives Cindy a key to unlock the alien's secret, the aliens are led by "Jigsaw". Parody of Saw, War of the Worlds and Grudge. I liked the part where they communicated in "Japanese". Favourite phrase : Phil: whose the coward now mama...(saw his leg)...Shaq: wrong leg

Superhero Movie - damn lousy intro. Parody of Batman, Spiderman. Protagonist: Dragonfly, Antagonist: Hourglass...zzzzzz. Favourite phrase: I raised you up like you father did, I took care of you like your father did, and I fucked your mother like your father did.

Crazy Teacher

It happened today,

My Chemistry Teacher went "Cookoo"

It was chemistry and teacher asked my friend to burn some Chlorine Gas, and told us to look out brown gases. It asked another friend to prepare a wooden splinter to test for oxygen gas. We all gathered around the Friend #1, and breathed the chlorine gas' awful smell. The teacher was like a table or two from us, which is quite far. And then, the brown gas appeared, and friend number 2 went and placed the splinter into the test tube, when my teacher went "In...Out...In again...Out..In.." it went like forever, and someone reminded me o the Scary Movie 2 girl that went "Fuckme...fuckme.."

And then, after almost 15 minutes of the experiment, and like a few hundred breathe taken, he said

"Dont breathe in the gas...its poisonous!!!"

Seriously...no wonder he was two tables away and did not do the experiment himself.
